Forensic / Heir Research

Archway Genealogy offers forensic genealogy services to law offices, estates, courts, corporations, and financial institutions, providing thorough genealogical reporting on legal issues as an independent third-party. Working on your behalf as a researcher, we conduct searches for beneficiaries to help resolve a probate or real estate case.

Efficiently moving from individuals identified in a decedent’s will, our professional genealogists identify the line of succession and then move to tracing heirs to unclaimed estates, finding missing heirs, missing trust beneficiaries or unknown heirs for inheritance distribution. Our broad experience with complex and challenging genealogy casework allows us to locate beneficiaries with confidence and in keeping with the highest standard of proof.

Military Repatriation

Those who gave their life in service of our nation made the ultimate sacrifice – and their families deserve closure and the utmost respect.

Archway Genealogy is honored to assist the Department of Defense in their ongoing mission to locate and reestablish communication with relatives of service members missing in past wars. This particular research is personal for us with our own family members who proudly served for our nation.

No one left behind.

In the effort to bring home remains of unaccounted-for service members from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) coordinates with genealogists to locate a veteran’s closest relatives and other family DNA donors to assist in the identification of remains. Archway Genealogy offers contract services to conduct this genealogical research.
